New Online Kyrgyz Language Tutorial Series Launched
The program, conceived of in consultation with Prof. Daniyar Karabaev of the Liberal Arts & Sciences program, will publish weekly language tutorials on a range of themes.

Registration for the VICTORIA competition for high school graduates on the knowledge of European realities has started
The competition will be held at AUCA computer labs. Winners of the competition will receive a significant discount on tuition fees.

Become a host family for US students
We are pleased to announce that AUCA will be hosting the Critical Language Scholarship Program  in Summer, June 8- August 6, 2020. The families who are willing to share a space and culture with program students are welcome to apply to become a host family in Summer 2020.

AUCA welcomes the biggest cohort of Afghan students in the history of the university
The Program “AUCA Afghan Scholarship through the U.S. Embassy Kabul 2019” will allow the students to study a year at the New Generation Academy and 4 years of the Bachelor program, 5 years in total.

CENTRAL ASIAN JOURNALISM SUMMER INSTITUTE – 2020 APPLICATION OPEN
The Central Asian Journalism Summer Institute provides early-career journalists and journalism students with the skills they need to launch successful careers in journalism and media. The Summer Institute will provide an interactive curriculum to develop participants’ skills in areas such as data journalism, digital media, social media, podcasting, and storytelling.

New Star Student Newspaper Returns to AUCA after Year-Long Hiatus
After a year-long hiatus, AUCA’s campus newspaper, The New Star, has returned to print under the stewardship of editor-in-chief Niloufar Rafat. The first issue of the newly revived student publication came out in December, and the next issue is slated to go to print in early February.
