  AUCA Team to Represent Kyrgyzstan at the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition International Rounds!!!From February 15 to 17, 2024, KIMEP University was the proud host of the national rounds of the Philip C.

My name is Akbarjon Rasulov, and I am a junior pursuing my Bachelor's degree. I embarked on a journey by choosing Poznan University of Economics and Business for my exchange semester. My decision was driven by several compelling reasons, which have enriched my academic and personal life in myriad ways.

The authors of the yearbook are experts: Leyla Delovarova (section on Kazakhstan), Tatiana Zlobina (section on Kyrgyzstan), Dmitry Poletaev (sections on Russia and Turkmenistan), Saodat Olimova (section on Tajikistan), Lyudmila Maksakova (section on Uzbekistan).

The AUCA Career Development Center is happy to announce the Career Fair 2024, which will be held at the AUCA campus on April 19 from 15:00 to 19:00! 
 

On March 8th, Sophia Siddiqi (fourth-year student of the Economics program) participated in the Women in Data Science Conference held at Stanford University. As a Women in Data Science Ambassador, Sophia had the chance to hear from esteemed women who work in companies such as Boeing, Apple, and Google.

 
In 2023, Aiperi Stambekova graduated from the Environmental Sustainability and Climate Science Department. In February 2024, Aiperi was enrolled in a master’s program at the University of Oxford in the Faculty of Environmental Change and Management.

On February 21, 2024, David Lakhdhir, chairman of the AUCA Board of Trustees, officially laid down time capsule in the Makerspace Learning and Design (MLDC) building, which is under construction. This is a joint project of AUCA and Bard College (New York) supported by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).

My name is Oybek Turaev, Software Engineering, 2024 – graduate year. My exchange semester at Bard College, New York, was deeply rooted in my commitment to broadening my academic horizons and immersing myself in a diverse educational environment.

Our JMC students Madina Salieva, Shakhzoda Mirakova, and Rasmiia Abasova have officially completed the ESJ Journalism Training Program on the topic of Fake News in Media. The program was funded by the French Embassy in Uzbekistan and the training itself was taking place at the Superior School of Journalism in Lille, which has turned 100 years old!From digital verification techniques to insightful discussions with journalists from Central Asia, our students have gained valuable knowledge and experience that will no doubt shape their future in the media industry.
