On 13-14 October 2025, the Second Regional Dialogue of Central Asian Parliamentarians on Circular Economy took place in Almaty, Republic of Kazakhstan. The event was organized by the EU SWITCH-Asia Programme (Policy Support Component) in cooperation with the Regional Environmental Centre for Central Asia (CAREC). The dialogue brought together parliamentarians, representatives of ministries, international organizations, experts, and business representatives from five countries of the region - Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan.

  From August 21 to 25, 2023, the Tian-Shan Policy Center held its third summer camp, focusing on "Sustainable Natural Resource Management and GIS in Chychkan."    The event aimed to raise awareness about preserving the Chychkan Gorge ecosystem and managing natural resources sustainably.

TSPC successfully completed the third environmental camp for AUCA students in the Chychkan Gorge
From August 21st to 25th, 2023, the Tian-Shan Policy Center organized a summer environmental camp for students "Sustainable Natural Resource Management and GIS in Chychkan." The objectives of the event were to raise students' awareness about the importance of preserving the Chychkan Gorge ecosystem and conducting research on the use of natural resources in this unique complex.

Sustainable Tourism in Kyrgyzstan: Key Findings of the PERETO Project
In Bishkek, the project "Promoting Energy and Resource Efficiency in the Tourism Sector of Kyrgyzstan" held its final forum, “Sustainable Tourism in Kyrgyzstan: key findings of the PERETO project.”
The forum’s goal was to summarize the four years of work of the PERETO project, discuss the achieved results, and review future strategies for energy and resource efficiency in Kyrgyzstan's tourism sector.

This workshop continued our mission of connecting academic policy research curriculums with organizations, practitioners, and policy makers committed to addressing global challenges of sustainable and peaceful development.
