AUCA Alumni Council is a group of seven enthusiastic alumni working together on the development of comprehensive programs and benefits for AUCA students and alums. The purpose of the Alumni Council is to foster a spirit of connectivity and loyalty among AUCA alumni and friends, helping them remain active in the global AUCA network.

Congratulations to the Spring 2021 Presidential Research and Education Fund (PREF) Awardees. This year, the commission selected 9 of the most competitive proposals out of 14 applications from faculty, students, and staff.

On April 9, 2021 AUCA alumni in Osh met with AUCA President and Alumni Relations Office team for a warm gathering. Alumni residing in Osh and southern regions shared their common memories and feeling about the Alma Mater. 


 

Recently, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Institute of Philosophy and Sociology at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences and the American University of Central Asia.

With sadness and grief, we inform you that yesterday at 10 AM our international student from Tajikistan Bakhtaliev Boris Yusufovich passed away in Bishkek state hospital.

It has been a long Covid-19 year for teachers and students. Meanwhile, the planet kept getting hotter, with 2020 tying for the hottest year that humans have ever experienced. Yet it is likely that 2020 will be one of the coolest years in the next 100 unless we change course quickly.
